fluid and evolving creative organization involving strategic planning and
ongoing operations and specifically involving the management of teams and individuals
toward their ultimate potential in the process of innovating new products and
experiences.

It would allow me to make both strategic
organizational and design decisions and contribute to the creative solution of
individual product innovation programs.
